Every black-type thoroughbred race scheduled in Australia — 1,266 races in total, covering Group 1, Group 2, Group 3 and Listed events across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania. 233 of them are still to be run.

Group 1 is the highest classification in Australian thoroughbred racing, awarded by the Australian Pattern Committee and reserved for the races that decide championships.
